Life is complex. We make things simpler by offering four different options for individuals, couples, families, groups, businesses, and organizations. We offer life coaching, life consulting, life counseling, and holistic healing & bodywork.

You can experience one or many of our programs at any given time, and each program is adaptable and applicable to both individuals and groups. All programs at Harmony for Life™ are committed to client confidentiality.

Harmony For Life™ upholds the professional ethical standards of the Minnesota Board of Psychology, the New Mexico Counseling & Therapy Practice Board, the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), the International Association of Coaches (IAC), the American Holistic Health Association (AHHA), the Office of Unlicensed Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practice in Minnesota, and the US Department of Health & Human Services Privacy Practices for Protected Information (HIPAA).

Telephone sessions allow us to make the most of our time together and to get right to the heart of what matters to you. Telephone sessions also minimize the potential environmental distractions to assist you in creating the most comfortable, accessible setting for our work together.

If you live in or near Minnesota, we also offer in-person sessions for all of our programs at our Minneapolis office location. For out-of-state and international visitors, please contact us in advance to reserve in-person sessions in Minneapolis. Upon request, we can arrange in-person sessions at your location.
